COFIASA is a steel dealer with more than 40 locations in tne north of the country. The complete fleet is using Navcel.

How it was solved

First they stripped and segmented the customer data base assigned to sales agents. They developed a CRM to generate and track customer visits, credit capabilities and due bills. To optimize delivery routes and visits they linked this CRM with Navcel, where they identified the customers' addresses. Thus, the visits are certified and generate indicators to know the day and time of delivery; as a byproduct they improved the gas mileage in more than the 300 delivery vehicles. Also, supported by Navcel they developed a module to have an indication of how they did with de delivery promise made to the customer. Also they changed the way they compute the sales commissions, before the calculus was based on the amount of sales and product type, now is based on the percentage of assigned customers sales, it also takes into account the visits made (data given by Navcel) to generate a long-term relationship with customers.

MAQSA needed to know if their rental equipment were used where it were supposed to be used and keep track if the equipment was properly maintained. Navcel provided a solution to read the machine parameters (oil pressure, worked hours, temperature, etc.) as well as the location so they took control of their equipment.

The police department needed to link their emergency response software with the GPS tracking solution in order to measure the response time and dispatch the units from an integrated plataform. Navcel worked with the Police department to integrate the tracking information to their emergency response software, with the accurate and fast tracking data they were able to reduce the response times in half.
