Q. Where can the unit be hidden?

The unit is concealed in different parts of the vehicle but if someone is looking for the unit nothing can be 100% hidden.

Q. What is your policy regarding Warranty replacement?

If the device malfunctions in the first year since purchase, we will replace it and cross-ship you a new unit and provide for return postage. HOWEVER, if the device was deliberately or accidentally damaged due to water, shock, excessive dust, or other non-warranty-related reasons, the customer must purchase the new device.

Q: What kind of cell phone do I need for the alerts and to see the maps?

Your cell phone needs to have internet access and the ability to install Google Mobile Maps from google.com/gmm for viewing your account's vehicles on a map. If you want to recieve alerts on your phone you have to set up an e-mail account or contract the Short Message Mail from Telcel.

Q: Can anyone just call in and ask for information on my account?

ABSOLUTELY NO

Q: How much training are we allowed?

If you need more training after the first time you can always call, look online at our demos, blog, and Wiki. We will assist you for sure.

Q: Can I have my installers do the job?

Yes, there are manuals on how to install the units. Our Wiki is available 24/7 if you have any questions and if you do have a questions feel free to call. We can arrange a traing seminar for your installers.

Q: Can you do any better on pricing?

Our pricing is based on a tiered volume level that includes all the features and benefits that have been explained. To have all of the services and dedicated staff available to you will in a short time will help you achieve a positive ROI. Other product on the market cost less than ours. However, ours will save you vastly more money since it can be tailored to your exact requirements, and will be more powerful/usable for your company. Our ROI is typically much larger than cheap competitors.

Can I create users in different levels for different departments?

Yes, you can create as many users and the privileges they have in the account.

Can I disable my vehicle from any computer?

Yes, you can disable (stop) your vehicle from any computer with an internet connection, you have to have the required privileges to do it.

How many times per month can I acces the tracking service?

An infinite number of times, you can access your vehicles 24x7.

Can I know where the vehicle was?

Yes, you can retrieve the route from any vehicle from any period of time.

Can I know when a vehicle leaves the city?

Yes, you can set up a geofence so the system will alert you when a vehicle leaves and/or enters the city.

Can I know the vehicle's mileage?

Yes, our solution keeps track of the miles traveled by each vehicle per day.
